It's always a privilege when someone trusts in your capability to produce an item with a valuable material.
I was fortunate enough to be put in touch with a client who had an old Louis Vuitton Duffle Bag, who wanted it to be taken apart and remade into 4 Valet Catch All Trays. Due to the material being heavily used and worn, it was hard to use all the material on the bag.
Some parts were heavily worn, other parts had holes from stitch marks. However I was able to salvage a fair amount of the monogram material.
Measuring 25cm x 25cm and lined with Italian Buttero Leather, take a look at the final product. It turned out really well and I'm very grateful for the business from the client.
