Shipping policy

Items ordered via Standard Delivery have two options.

 

You can pick either 'Royal Mail Second Class Signed For', or Royal Mail First Class Signed For.'

Second Class insures items arrive within two to three working days, including Saturdays. First Class insures items arrive within the next working day, including Saturdays.

 

Special Delivery is also available for an extra charge. This ensures guaranteed delivery the next day by 1pm.

 

Once items have been despatched, the tracking ID will be provided.

Items that are international will be despatched will arrive within 7-30 business days, depending on your country's custom clearance. Tracking ID will be provided once the item(s) is dispatched.

 

Items ordered through Express Delivery will arrive between 1-5 business days, depending on your country's custom clearance. Tracking ID will be provided once the item(s) is dispatched.

 

Delivery to remote or rural areas will arrive within 5-30 business days and may take longer than specified.

 

Express Delivery is not available. There is no delivery on holidays. We can provide tracking information to initial point of delivery only.
