Terms and Conditions.
Here at Tort, we have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. However to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that approved returns will need to be sent to the following address in the email.
If your return is accepted, you will need to we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues.

When receiving your order, if you do notice any defects/damages on your item/s, or receive the wrong order; please contact us immediately. We will then assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not allow specific types of items to be returned; such as custom/bespoke made products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
