The goal is to create intrinsically beautiful, well thought out Leather Goods that are designed to last the test of time, enjoyed thoroughly throught use and be handed down to the next generation.
Using natural materials, such as Vegetable Tanned Leather from Tanneries across the United Kingdom and Overseas, to Linen Thread derived from Flax when hand assembling my products.
These materials, unlike man-made synthetic ones are repairable.
I am not interested in cheap, fast, mass production -there is already enough of this in the world!
Everything made involves many, many hours of time and all prodcuts are Hand Sewn using the Saddle Stitch Technique.
Therefore, I only see it fit to use such materials that gently breakdown over the course of many years, which help to avoid unnecessary landfill, pollution or ease of disposability.
My products sold here are designed to be enjoyed for many years and repaired when necessary.
